The Jewel can be returned within 7 days from the delivery date of the product, but it has to be returned in perfect conditions and accompanied by the sales receipt.

All returns are quality checked before being accepted.

For returns to be processed please allow up to 15 working days from the day your return has been received. Once your return has been checked, a confirmation email will be sent to you. The refund will be made within 5 days.

The return is in the responsibility of the buyer.

Alternatively, it is possible to return the product directly to our Boutiques in Reggio Emilia and Parma, at no additional cost.

Creations that show signs of wear, damage or alteration (they have been engraved, embossed, resized...) cannot be returned.
All returns must include proof of purchase and must be returned in the original packaging.
