All the GOLD products represented are customized and created specifically according to the customer's needs, for that reason they are NOT subject to returns.

Currently, the only product purchased online and subject to return is the StellaMarina_beloved in rhodium- plated 925/000 SILVER.

Shipments of the products are free, under our responsibility, and guaranteed in 4/5 weeks. You will receive an order confirmation email.

We specify that shipping times are calculated from the moment the item is delivered to the courier (production time and delivery time to the courier: 4/5 weeks for customized products)

The data released is kept in memory at our headquarters and is not disclosed.
